Full automatic operation of photovoltaic power generation system, without manual operation; photovoltaic pumping system consists of solar cell array, inverter and pumping water pump, save out of battery such as storage device with water storage alternativeelectrical storage, direct drive pump, high reliability, and greatly lowering the construction cost and maintenance cost of the system is low.
The pump is driven by a three-phase alternating current motor to lift water from a deep well, into a storage tank / pool, or directly into the irrigation system. According to the actual system requirements and installation conditions, different types of pumps can be used for work.
1, single machine system optimization
The stand-alone system indicates that the system is only 1 pumps and auxiliary solar cell array and pumping inverter. The optimization objective of the system design is to minimize the use of solar cell components under the premise of satisfying the head and flow requirements. Adjust the pump speed according to the change of intensity of sunshine: Sunshine peak, water pump running at rated speed, the maximum power output power close to the solar array; sunshine is sufficient, the water pump in the range below the rated speed in MPPT speed; when the pump speed is low to zero flow, the system stops working (as shown in the following figure). Therefore, the system configuration is very different from the traditional constant speed operation mode. It is necessary to optimize the design according to the requirements of the head and flow, the local sunshine conditions:
Determine the best average daily running time and speed range of water pump.
Select the best lift and rated power of the water pump.
Determine the maximum power, optimum operating voltage, and wiring mode of the solar cell module.
2, multi machine system optimization
Multi machine system means that there are many pumps in the system. A single large power inverter can be used to drive more than one pump, or multiple power matching inverters can also be used. In the situation of large traffic demand, the operation of multi machine system is more flexible. Controlled by the solar cell array and the pump switch, ample sunshine, all the pumps running in MPPT mode; weak sunshine, shut down part of the pump, pump for concentrated solar array power supply part to continue running. On the basis of single machine system optimization, the pump speed range can be further optimized, and always in high efficiency.
